Comment: I just wanted to write you and let you know how terrific I think your Web site is. I am an undergrad at UC Davis, intending on a career in the food industry. I am not sure if I want to go into the active packaging field or pathogen detection. There are so many areas that interest me. Which is why I love your site. Especially your “Trendsetters” interviews—they are so informative and so diverse. Last issue’s interview with Dr. Rhona Applebaum of the National Food Processors Association was outstanding.
