Comment: I own and operate a hot dog stand in Billings, Montana—well, actually, it's a lunchtime sandwich shop—and I have a difficult time getting up-to-date information on food safety. It's sort of a hobby of mine since I majored in Food Science in college. Kind of ironic that I ended up here, don't you think? Talk about a relaxed lifestyle! Anyway, I wanted to applaud your web site. Very impressive and helpful. Hope you boys keep up the good work.
