MightyClean 2000: Grease-Eating Microbes
Commercial oil- and grease-eating microbes are anything but new. But as of the first quarter of calendar year 2000 therell be a new player on the block: MightyClean 2000 from Top Source Technologies, Inc.
Unlike existing microbe-based cleaners, MightyClean 2000 is reportedly derived from a new breed of fast-eating microbes developed by Biotek Environmental Services, Inc., out of Houston, Texas. These bugs are combined with a catalyst, and then the entire mixture is placed on the oil stain or spill. Once dry, the surface is swept or washed away, leaving the surface clean.
Within the food industry, Top Source expects to market the microbes to restaurants, fast food chains, food distributors, and food manufacturersincluding meat, poultry and seafood processors.
Chomp, chomp.
