Dear FTS Forum Editor:
Comment: We are a mission located in the mountains of Haiti up above Port-au-Prince. We have a Tea Room in which lunch is served; also a bakery outlet that sells bread, jellies, peanut butter, honey, fresh vegetables, and tea, etc. The mission’s main directive is education for the children of Haiti. You may find us on the web at www.bhm.org .

We are requesting a free FoodTechSource catalog because we have been looking for a source for jars with a “tamper evident seal” for our jelly processing operation.
