New Cleaning Validation KitWork surfaces may appear to be clean, but can still have traces of food residue, which if left undetected will provide a nutrient source for harmful bacteria to grow. This new innovative cleaning validation kit is designed to detect protein residues that are invisible to the human eye. The kit is easy to use. Simply determine the number of sampling sites to be analyzed and label one vial per sample. Put two to three drops of Reagent B in each vial. Gently shake vial to mix reagents. Then, swab the area. Place the swab in the pre-labeled vial and gently shake to mix. Keep at room temperature for 10 minutes. Compare the color of the reagent in the vial with a color chart. The color change of the reagent indicates the presence of protein residuals. This color change is caused by a chemical reaction.
